Dave Kilpin - Training Manager

Whilst Dave is still one of our facilitator’s, he will most often be the person who discusses the issues facing your organisation and designs your programme.

Dave served as a police officer in for over 25 years, specialising in areas of personal safety. He has a wealth of experience in conflict management, delivering to;

Sharon - Marketing Manager

Sharon’s role is to identify organisations which may face violence at work and be interested in conflict management.

We hope we are never seen as being too pushy.

We believe passionately that staff facing conflict at work should receive the tools that are required to assist them. If however we are not what you are looking for then thank you for your time.  

Our experienced and enthusiastic facilitators follow a can do ethos and attend regular internal training to ensure that TIC Safety consistently delivers training which is relevant, informative and enjoyable. We ensure your expectations are exceeded.
